Container Liner
A Container Liner is a bulk packaging solution designed to line the interior of shipping containers, creating a clean and secure environment for transporting goods. It helps prevent contamination, protects against moisture and pests, and maintains product quality throughout transit. Ideal for dry bulk materials such as grains, powders, resins, and other products requiring added protection during shipping.

Installation
Our Container Liner is designed for simple and practical installation, allowing for quick setup, loading, and unloading—saving both time and labor.
Loading Process

Pneumatic Loading
The Container Liner is connected to the loading spout, which attaches to the blowing (inlet) equipment. The ventilation spout is connected to a dust collector (outlet) system to ensure clean airflow and prevent dust emissions. This loading method is commonly used for petrochemical products in pellet form.

Gravity Loading
This loading method is suitable for lightweight powders and fine products such as PVC, tapioca starch, and silica powder. By tilting and free-falling the product into the liner, this is one of the fastest and most efficient loading methods. However, it requires pre-installed infrastructure, including a raised silo and properly aligned loading chute, to ensure smooth and controlled material flow.

Belt Conveying
Belt conveying is one of the most cost-effective loading methods, requiring minimal investment. It is commonly used in agricultural industries, such as rice mills and starch factories, where belt conveyor systems are already part of the operation.
Adapting to Container Liners is simple and seamless—manufacturers can maintain their existing workflow. By installing the liner, lifting a 1-ton bulk bag, and pouring the product into the loading hopper, the material is efficiently conveyed into the container with little to no operational change.
Unloading Process
The most suitable way to unload product is to generally tilt truck’s chassis at 5 degree up to max 45 degree. The flowing material shall be conveyed through piping system up to customer silo.
