Loading Process

Pneumatic Loading

Normally, the liner will connect the loading spout to the blowing (or inlet) equipment and connect ventilation spout to dust collector (or outlet) equipment. This system
is implementing to most petrochemical product (which is pellet form).

Gravity Loading

This loading method is suitable for light and powder product such as PVC, starch, or silica powder. By tilting loading, it is the fastest way to fill into liner. However,
construction facilities need to be prepared in advance because silo must be installed at higher level.

Belt Conveying

Belt conveying is the cheapest method in term of investment. Most of agriculture manufactures (such as rice mill) have this equipment in their factory. To adapt
Agricultural Liner will not change their operation much. By simply, install liner, lift 1 ton bag and pour into loading hopper, they can load product as needed.

Unloading Process

The most suitable way to unload product is to generally tilt truck’s chassis at 5 degree up to max 45 degree. The flowing material shall be conveyed through piping system up to customer silo.
